He also specializes in the field of influencer marketing and supports creators, agencies and companies in contract drafting.

In 2023, Dr. Richard Kindling received his doctorate from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn on a broadcasting law topic. While working on his doctorate, he worked as a research assistant in a large international law firm in the field of IP and competition law. During his legal clerkship, he completed internships at BROST CLAßEN, in the legal department of a public broadcasting corporation, and in a start-up in the field of software development in the healthcare sector.
