Dr. Oliver Lampe is a lawyer at BROST Claßen. He advises companies, authorities, associations as well as individuals and public figures on press, copyright and media law as well as intellectual property law. He also specializes in the field of influencer marketing.
In 2024, Dr. Oliver Lampe received his doctorate from the University of Münster on a topic in the field of intellectual property law with questions on the use of artificial intelligence. During his doctorate, he also worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law (Civil Law Department). Here he headed the research center for intellectual property law.
During his legal clerkship, he spent time at BROST Claßen, the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media and in the legal department of a large international media company, among others. He completed his second state examination in November 2025.
He is also co-author of the handbook on multimedia law published by C.H.Beck.
