b) of the lawyer before European courts.
3. Worldwide in the amount of the statutory minimum insurance sum in accordance with § 51 BRAO for liability claims arising from the use of the
Policyholder before non-European courts.
4. The insurance cover does not apply to liability claims arising from activities via law firms or offices set up or maintained abroad.
